Product Condition & Representation
All products offered for sale by RC Studios are recast and/or upcycled items and may incorporate pre-owned, repurposed, or refinished materials. Due to the nature of these materials and the restoration process, items may display variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and minor imperfections, including but not limited to marks, wear, or irregularities consistent with prior use. These characteristics are inherent and are considered part of the item’s unique design and character, not defects.
While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph each item, RC Studios does not guarantee that colors, finishes, or details will appear exactly the same in person as displayed on screens due to variations in lighting, photography, and device settings.
All Sales are Final
All sales are final. RC Studios does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made.
Deposits & Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the total purchase price is required to reserve any item. The remaining balance must be paid in full within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the item may be relisted or sold to another buyer at the sole discretion of RC Studios.
Use & Care Disclaimer
All items are sold for decorative and/or general household use only. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper use, placement, installation (if applicable), and ongoing care of the item after purchase. RC Studios is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, environmental conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using these products, the buyer acknowledges and accepts any risks associated with the use of repurposed or refinished furniture and agrees to hold RC Studios harmless from any claims arising from such use.
Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
